Prefer to pay yearly? Then you get two months free: Plus €120 and Pro €290 a year, staff €90 a year (€120 on Pro). You always start free and choose a paid plan in the app, under Settings → Plan. Prices exclude 21% Dutch VAT.
Outside the Netherlands?
ClinicBase is open to clinics in the Netherlands now, with Dutch insurer invoices, iDEAL and Dutch VAT built in. We are getting ready for clinics elsewhere in Europe: the agenda, online booking, emails, payments and Reception already work in any country.

Where does my clients' money go?
Straight to your own payment account at Stripe, and from there to your bank account. ClinicBase never touches your money. You switch it on once with your Chamber of Commerce number, IBAN and ID; that is required by law.
Are there costs per payment?
ClinicBase charges nothing per payment. Stripe charges a small fee per payment, settled with your payout; see Stripe's rates.
Do more people work in my practice?
Invite them by email address; they get their own login. A staff member does the agenda, clients, forms and invoices; settings, prices, payments and the plan stay with you as the owner. That is possible from Plus, for €9 per staff member per month, €12 on Pro. You yourself do not count, and someone joining or leaving is settled per day.
Can I cancel?
Any month. Your paid plan then runs until the end of the paid month, after which you are on Free again. Your agenda, clients and invoices simply stay.
What does the AI do with my clients' data?
Reception, the AI assistant, is part of Pro and you can always switch it off. Reception only uses what your question needs, the AI provider does not train on it, and it does nothing without your confirmation. It is all in the data processing agreement (in Dutch).
How do I switch from my current system?
Export your clients (and if you can, your treatments and appointments) from your current system and load the file into ClinicBase. The AI recognises the columns; you check everything before it is saved.
