ClinicBase gets better every week. This is what was added, newest first. In the app you find it under the megaphone at the top right.
On a phone the agenda now fills the screen, with a round + button for a new appointment. Moving works with your finger too: hold an appointment a moment and drag it; it snaps to the quarter hour. When you let go, ClinicBase asks first, with the choice to email your client right away. The signs on an appointment (booked online, paid or open, note) are in the opened appointment too, explained.
Take Plus or Pro as one of the first 50 practices and you pay €19 or €39 a month for good instead of €29 or €59, also if you switch later. Under Plan you see how many places are left. Also new: forms your client fills in at home can be tried in the demo.
ClinicBase has a new look: Midnight. Calm white and deep navy, with a blue-to-violet gradient for everything AI does for you, such as Reception. Prefer the previous colours? Choose "Ink blue" under Appearance.
For every client, under Changes > Viewed, you as the owner see who opened the file and when. The server records it itself and keeps it 5 years, as the NEN 7513 standard asks. When a client asks who looked at their data, you have the answer.
When an email to a client does not arrive, for example because of a typo in the address, you now see it in the notifications (the bell). Change the email address on the client card; we no longer send anything to the old address.
With Pro just ask Reception for a setting: "we are closed from 24 to 31 December", "raise the laser prices by 5%", "make the reminder email more personal", "give me the code for a booking button on my website" or "invite Sanne as staff". You see every change as a card to confirm first.
At the top right there is now a question mark: search the new guide, ask the AI, or send your question to us; a person answers by email. A sale without products now shows the way to Products.
With Plus and Pro clients book without leaving your website: with a button that opens booking over your site, or with booking inside a page of your site, in your own colour. The booking page itself is new too: steps, prices in a row, and searching and choosing by kind of treatment. The plans are now called Free, Plus and Pro.
On the client card, under Forms: "Send to client". The client gets an email with a personal link, fills in the form at home and signs. It then shows on the card, with red flags, and you get a notification.
For every email to clients (confirmation, reminder, moved, cancelled, recall, invoice) one click fills in an example text, and a sign-off too. Then change it as you like.
Tick "Stay signed in" when you log in: on that device you are signed out after 12 hours without activity instead of 30 minutes. Handy for the iPad at the desk; not on a shared computer.
Your AI assistant has a name: Reception. Ask what you want, like "do I have time for Fleur on Thursday?", and Reception looks it up and does it after you confirm.
A new example form with the medical questions before a skin treatment: yes, no or n/a with an explanation, MRSA and BRMO as checkboxes. Red flags show on the client page and with the appointment.
With the "Sale" button you choose a client and make an invoice for products or treatments right away. The start page now also shows "New" next to a client coming for the first time.
ClinicBase is now white with ink blue. Prefer the old colour or another? Choose your own theme under Appearance.
Invite colleagues by email. They do the agenda, clients, forms and invoices; the settings stay with you as the owner.
